classic downtown wedding at howells & hood

Angeline + Roman no longer live in Chicago, so for their wedding they wanted a downtown wedding and Chicago experience where their guests could enjoy the best the city has to offer. With a ceremony at Holy Family Church and reception at Howells & Hood in the Tribune Building, their wedding delivered just that!

Angeline + Roman got ready just over the river from their reception venue at the Hyatt Regency Chicago before heading out to take a few photos around downtown. We love that Taz Luto from Heather DeCamp Photography did such a great job of capturing their laughs in these photos! Angeline + Roman were having a blast and it shows.

After photos, Angeline + Roman headed to the stunning Holy Family Church for their ceremony. It is truly a classic with architecture utterly to die for and quintessential for a downtown wedding.

Following the ceremony, everyone headed to Howells & Hood in the Chicago Tribune building for cocktails, dinner and dancing into the night in the center of it all on Michigan Avenue.
