Our full planning package is our most comprehensive package where we will be by your side every step of the way lending our dozen+ years of experience in the wedding industry to make it easier, less stressful, and more fun to plan. Let’s freaking go. This package includes:
- vendor research and recommendations based on the client's aesthetic and budget, including anything you want to include in your day (please bring us ALL the wild ideas.)
- vendor contract review and negotiations
- meetings with potential vendors as needed
- creation of budget worksheet and tracking
- includes styling package
- includes month-of coordination package
partial planning
Anticipation Events will meet you where you are, guiding your planning and offering advice based specifically on what you need help with. This package will keep you from getting sucked into the black hole of wedding planning stress, and keep you focused on the donuts and the confetti cannons.
Need help finding the perfect florist or a photographer that gets you, but you had your venue locked down months ago? We’re there. Have a vision in mind and some of it executed, but aren’t sure what to do next? No problem. With our partial planning packages, we’ll create something specific, exactly for you based on only what you need and none of what you don’t.

month of coordination
Our month-of coordination package is what most people call "day-of coordination" but it’s so much more than a day (it's actually way more than a month, too!) It would be impossible to show up at your wedding on the day of and be very helpful (other than carrying things, which we are also very good at) so we work with you months in advance to ensure all of your plans go off without a hitch. You’re organized and detail-oriented and you’ve been planning your wedding for months (years?!) Let us execute your vision and lock. it. down. so you can relax and enjoy the day. This package includes:
- unlimited availability for questions and advice via email
- one walkthrough at the reception space to discuss the layout and floor plan
- wedding assistant onsite for the wedding day
- creation of wedding day timeline and checklists within
- confirmations with all vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding
- delivery of payment/gratuities to vendors on the wedding day
- delivery of gifts to designated location during the reception
- coordination of marriage license: signed, scanned, and mailed for you
- on-site kit for the day of, chock full of things to help avoid any last-minute emergencies
- wedding day coordination (10 hours, to be mutually agreed upon based on the timeline)
- décor set-up and clean-up (within the 10-hour time frame)
- present at the venue for the rehearsal of the ceremony
- guide the wedding party, families of the couple, readers, ushers, etc. through the rehearsal
month-of coordination investment is $4,800+
event styling
In addition to managing the logistical details of your big day, we’ll provide support to help you bring your vision to life through more than just florals. We’ll work with you to create a vision and make it a reality. This package includes:
- one walkthrough to talk through style and client vision, ideas, and potential elements to include
- one inspiration board created to present to the client (and edits until you love it!)
- recommendations for any styling vendors you’d like to include as part of the day. We’ll get proposals, and get you to the contract signing step with each vendor (floral, lighting, drapes, soft seating, tabletop decor, and paper goods)
- a detailed list of design elements clients can choose to incorporate and implement based on style. Includes favors, ceremony decor, guest book, place cards, guest book, etc.
- guidance in choosing specific design elements to incorporate into the day (client to purchase or provide)
- set-up, styling, and tear-down on the event day
