We’ve created a big, big, mood wedding package for you. 2020 has been quite a mood, but it’s still possible to say “I do” in serious style. Pandemic or not, if you love the idea of an intimate wedding full of details, surprises, and delights, we have just the thing. We’ve partnered with a few of our wildest, most creative vendor friends to bring you BIG MOOD weddings. Choose between the grandeur of an empty stage in a dreamy music venue or the intimate, secret garden feel of a backyard, and let us bring your vision to life. We’re looking to partner with clients who want a unique, atypical, and artistic spin on their day and will entrust us to create magic for you. 

 

Included in your Big Mood Wedding package:

Anticipation Events Coordination + Styling

  • one walkthrough at the space to discuss layout and floor plan 
  • creation of wedding day timeline and checklists
  • confirmations with all vendors the week of the wedding
  • delivery of payment/gratuities to vendors on the wedding day
  • delivery of gifts to designated location during the reception
  • coordination of marriage license is signed, scanned, and mailed 
  • on-site kit for the day of, chock full of things to help avoid any last-minute emergencies
  • wedding day coordination (5 hours – to be mutually agreed upon based on set-up start time)
  • décor set-up and clean-up (within 5-hour time frame)
  • custom styled event/tables in conjunction with Asrai Garden
  • recommendations and introductions to any ancillary vendors needed
