Look at me go, blogging away these days. I thought you might like to see these invitations I made for Megan’s bridal shower. She is an artist at heart and we played off of that for her party. I also got to whip out the watercolors for this one, which hasn’t happened since at least 1998, so that was fun. And yes, I did borrow some paint swatches from Home Depot, but I bet someone going to this party will be inspired to paint their powder room blush. I found a little quote that I used at the bottom, “art and love are the same thing: it’s the process of seeing yourself in things that are not you.” So true. xo
My daughter is an artist/illustrator and she is getting married in August. I am planning her bridal shower for June. I love this bridal shower invitation and was wondering if I can get a sample sent to me and where I can get these made up. I think it would be a perfect invitation that also reflects who she is.
