Intimate fall backyard wedding? Why yes, we absolutely do. This was a highlight of our season to be sure. Not only are Ellie + Luke the kindest people, but their taste is exquisite. We love this example of a small wedding (family only!) but it was still so thoughtful and no detail was forgotten! Just LOOK at these flowers!
Their eight guests all stayed onsite at the private residence rental which made for a whole weekend of fun. The ceremony set up was just outside in the backyard and everyone got ready onsite (and got to watch the vendor team set up!) Guests dressed in the rust and navy color palette which made for the perfect photos. The fall vibes were bursting at the seams, and every detail was on point. Accompanied down the aisle by the folk-y styles from Gussied, this ceremony in the round could not have been more intimate. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and appetizers on the rooftop where Ellie + Luke shared a first dance. After cocktail hour the group headed out to an incredible dinner at Next. One of the things that we were most impressed with from our clients during Covid was their ability to pivot into something amazing (and oftentimes more amazing than their original plan!) An intimate fall backyard wedding for SUCH incredible people.
