Piper and Calvin’s classic Shedd Aquarium wedding will be one we always remember. Scheduled for March of 2021 it was our first wedding back after a very long pandemic and while they had originally planned to host 300 people, they took it totally in stride when restrictions allowed them to only host 50 people. It honestly made the day so intimate and special as they had the run of one of Chicago’s most fabulous institutions all to themselves.

Their style was classic and simple with a slight vintage twist. There was tons of delicious food for guests to indulge in, and a glorious cake to cut not to mention the galleries and animals to get up-close and personal too. Piper LOVES dolphins and the team at Shedd made it happen for her to get some treasured photos with them. It was so nice to be back out in the field, celebrating a wonderful couple, at one of our favorite institutions in the city for a classic Shedd Aquarium wedding.
