This blue-by-the-lake wedding at Ovation was classic and impeccably done. Katie + Brendan hosted their nearest and dearest at Ovation but made some pit stops for pics with their besties before the celebration commenced. There is nothing better than the gorgeous buildings and serene lake of our fair city to put together this blue-by-the-lake wedding at Ovation.

Nothing but the classiest touches here, with a bit of whimsy included. We love the gents in tuxes and Katie’s dress was a showstopper. A fun crossword puzzle for cocktail hour (way harder than the NYT mini!) plus the perfect signage and floral touches that made the day feel oh-so-special but not overdone! The real kicker here was the couples’ first dance, truly our jaws were on the ground, it was perfection (kind of scary how good it was honestly) we were nervous on those dips but they had it DOWN and it got the whole crew ready to bring out their best moves on the dance floor all night long!
