This winter wedding at Thalia Hall was a beaut! Kt + Alex celebrated in January with an explosion of color, festive fruit-filled centerpieces, gorgeous outfits, and lots of love with their family and friends. As with all weddings in the last few years, our couples really had to roll with the punches and Kt + Alex were no different: winter in Chicago, the Omicron variant, and all of the things life throws at you in the meantime were no match for their chill vibes and good times. We just LOVE to see it! 🙂
This winter wedding at Thalia Hall started off at church where everyone gathered in from the cold to witness their heartfelt “I do’s.” Kt’s full skirt and long sleeves kept her warm during the ceremony and her daughter stood by her for the duration of the ceremony. When that was over and guests moved to Thalia Hall, the dancing began and the layers came off! Kt did a quick change into her AMAZING sparkly reception dress and boots and their crew HIT the dance floor. A winter wedding at Thalia Hall is a great venue choice because it’s all inside and the vibe is super dark and moody you really feel transported into another world (regardless of what the weather is up to outside.) The cutting of the cinnamon roll instead of a cake, dances for all the most important people, and copious amount of food and drinks made for a fabulous party for Kt + Alex!
