We can’t wait to show you Kathleen + Dan’s vintage-inspired wedding at Salvage One last summer. There’s so much to love about a Salvage One wedding, but add in some cheerful sunflowers, a fun couple, and some great details, and we’re all in!
Getting ready for the big reveal!
We started working with Kathleen + Dan on partial planning many months before their wedding, so we couldn’t wait for this one to roll around. Kathleen started out the day getting ready with her besties at an Airbnb nearby while Dan repeated his family tradition of getting ready at the University Club downtown. We love that they both took time to have fun with their friends and family before meeting up at Salvage One for first look photos.
A Walk to Remember
After taking a ton of photos with family and friends, it was time for the ceremony! We absolutely adore ceremonies at Salvage One because the setting is so intimate and romantic. Once guests were seated and the lights dimmed, we sent Kathleen and her dad down the aisle to Lady Lamb’s I Can’t Help Falling in Love With You. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house.
Letting Loose!
After the ceremony, guests were ready to party and party they did! This fun-loving crew headed outside for some more photos and then upstairs for a delicious dinner and some of the best dance moves we’ve seen in a long time. It’s gotta be that disco ball.
And, of course, the evening wasn’t complete until Kathleen + Dan rode off into the sunset (ok darkness of night) in their own pedicab. Want to plan your own vintage-inspired wedding? You know where to find us.
