Rachel + John’s spring wedding at Byron Colby Barn had all the DIY details you could imagine and more. Rachel put a lot of blood, sweat and tears of joy into creating every detail for her wedding and we were so excited to be there to bring it all together.
It’s that time again! Time for beautiful tented receptions, seaside ceremonies, and dancing under the stars. But let’s face it, Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate with the perfect vision you have in mind. No problem! We can’t control Mother Nature (trust us…we’ve tried), but we can arm you with a bunch of outdoor wedding tips to make sure she doesn’t wreak havoc on your best day.
From the minute we met Carrie + Bob we knew they were going to be a blast to work with, and their wedding in southwest Michigan would be spectacular. They did not disappoint! Carrie + Bob had a a perfect fall day for their celebration at one of the coolest new venues, Sundance Studios, in the quaint town of Millburg, Michigan. Can it get any better? We think not.
Sarah + Jamie were married at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church and hosted their reception at Byron Colby Barn. It was the second wedding of the year and I had the pleasure of working with Brian Kinyon Photography. One of my favorite things Sarah, Jamie and Brian did together was take some bridal party photos at Pickwick Theatre, how great is that space? And their handmade barn wedding reception? Swoon!
