classic style wedding at the dalcy

Lucy and Will taught us a thing or two about celebration at their classic style wedding at The Dalcy.

In her beautifully beaded gown, Lucy + Will did their first look outside the Emily Hotel before jumping on the trolley with their bridal party for photos. Their family met them at the Dalcy for photos and to relax before the ceremony. Candles lined the sides of the aisles as guests began to filter in. The bride was escorted by both her parents down the aisle and met Will under an archway of fresh greenery to say their i-dos.

Post ceremony guests walked past a table full of stunning family photos before heading to the bar. Cocktail hour included trays of passed wine + appetizers and a full bar knocking out whatever classic cocktails a guest wished for. Custom matchbooks lined the bars for guests to bring a snippet of this classic style wedding at The Dalcy home with them.

A three-course dinner awaited guests in the dining room. At each place setting was a jar of m&ms with the couple’s faces on them. Instead of a cake, the couple cut a Hooiser Mama Pie (a family favorite of the bride). In classic Lucy-style, the bride changed into sneakers to get the party started with the Bluewater Kings bringing the energy all night long. This classic style wedding at The Dalcy will always be a highlight!
